    Staying at marriott was a delight! The location is super close to main attractions. The buffet breakfast was amazing, and a standout was the nice staff who went out of their way to help us. Our beautiful king room had a fantastic city view, which really added to our stay.

    The Istanbul Marriott Hotel Şişli offered a mix of highs and lows . I loved the fine view from my room. The sight of the city was amazing, especially in the evenings. The room itself was immaculate, equipped with comfortable amenities. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, always keeping everything clean. The staff on the reception were warm and cute, particularly Sima and Ogulcan, who went out of their way to assist me with any questions I had. Breakfast had excellent options, but the flow of service could be improved. There tended to be a delay in refilling coffee and other items. I also found some areas of the hotel could use a bit of modernization, as they felt a tad dated. On a couple of occasions, I noticed the lounge was quite crowded, and it was difficult to find seating. The location is ideal for exploring Istanbul, but the lounge could have better-managed operations during peak times.

    The breakfast spread was amazing, and I loved unwinding in the sauna and massage area after a long day. Just a heads-up, the WiFi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin my experience. If you get the chance, definitely try the local dishes at the restaurant. they're delicious! 😊

    We loved the spacious family room with a fine sea view! The kids enjoyed the very nice breakfast options each morning, and the staff, especially Kaan at the reception, were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

    In my wife's opinion, a kids' play area would be great.

    The room was awesome! Really spacious with great views of the sea. Super modern and clean vibes. The bed was super comfy , made it easy to relax. Loved that it had an really good panoramic view of the city too. Honestly, the cleanliness stood out a lot, and it felt cute every time I walked in!

    Unfortunately, my stay came with its share of inconveniences. The check-in process was painfully slow with only one desk operational, leading to a long wait. Housekeeping left much to be desired. I found they were inconsistent with replenishing basics like coffee and water. The breakfast area felt chaotic, with staff arguing nearby. Room service was hit-or-miss. On multiple occasions, my order was incorrect, and the responding time was slower than anticipated. It's worth mentioning the corner suite's view included a cemetery, less than desirable.
